Step 1: Reception & History
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by our team who’ll take your medical & dental history. If you’re undergoing treatment for any health conditions (diabetes, heart issues, etc.), let us know so we can tailor our care safely.
Step 2: Clinical Examination & X-Rays
Our dentist will examine your teeth, gums, bite and overall oral health. We may take digital X-rays or intra-oral photographs to get a comprehensive view. Skydent’s commitment to modern diagnostics ensures accurate assessment.
Step 3: Diagnosis & Treatment Plan
Based on our findings, we’ll explain your condition and present a personalised treatment plan. We believe in transparent communication—what needs to be done, why it matters, cost estimates, timelines and alternatives.
Step 4: Scheduling & Consent
If you choose to proceed, we’ll schedule your next visits accordingly. Depending on the treatment (scaling, filling, extraction, orthodontics, implant), we’ll explain what to expect and ask you to give informed consent.
